Just have to brag on what I have done today.. went to Wallly world this morning and Purchased a Douglas Tire for crossing over to the Darkside. afterwards I went over to Genes Gallery for the Dynobeads, but,, He didnt have any... :rage: What he did have was some things call'd "CounterAct Wheel Balancing" internal wheel balancing beads.. Same as the Dyno beads EXCEPT you get 4oz for $20.00..
I got them and while brousing around I seen a M/S LOWER mounting Bracket set,, looked at the tag,, and Wow, they are for MY 1300...
So just had to HAVE them.. Came home and got them put on,, WOW what a BIG differance should have done this LONG AGO.....
DARKSIDE TO FOLLOW THIS WEEK..:jump:

Yes, Lowers are AWESOME!! If your helmet jumps around on your head while riding with the windshield then lowers will help!!

Too short of a windshield will make a bobble-doll of a rider's head and helmet. Ideally, the windshield should be just below the rider's eye level.

Awesome job Ron! Can't wait to hear how you like the Darkside! Be careful the first 100 miles or so until the mold release gets scrubbed off the tire. Lot of guys going with the douglas and really like them. 3 oz of beads in the rear darkside tire and 2 oz in the front tire.

Hope you like the darkside as much as I do! I've got about 1600 miles on my Douglas now and have never been happier! It does everything better than a motorcycle tire and for the price I can put on 3 tires for the price of one MC tire. You may have to experiment with the pressure till you get what works for you. I'm running 35 psi and that seems to be about right for me.:super:

Yes, David LOVES his too! And yes, have to find a psi that works for you. Let us know when you get it on!! I'm sure you will love it! When I need a new rear tire, that's what I'm going with too!
