It is great to have another Harley in the group...it gets a little quiet on the rides with all of those Hondas and Kawis:rofl:
. You need to ride behind my Honda. Lol.

Or ride behind VTXOkie his 1300 has a single pin crank and it is as noisy as any of those Harley's especially with those pipes he has! My 1800 has a dual pin and is almost as quiet as CW's beemer.

Hey, guys....welcome aboard. I've been in Grove the last two days and just walked in the door. That's a sharp looking bagger. I am a member of the @#$%&, which is headquartered in Grove, with a brand new branch over here in Missouri. The lakestockton.com crew has some real tight ties with The @#$%&, so we occasionally have dual rides.
My title around here is HMFIC, which you can probably figure out pretty quick. It basically means I can bark out a bunch of orders, nobody pays any attention, and the rest of the people on the forum make everything happen. I can live with that.
Good rides, good time, good people....

Wife told me she could hear the YelloWing waaaaayyyyyyy off in the distance. Those Harley mufflers were kinda loud, for a GoldWing, so I put BiGGER Harley mufflers on it.
Much quieter now. Why use Harley mufflers? The factory mufflers are well made, really cheap at the swap meets cuz they aren't loud enough for most HD riders. Work well for me!

If you like to ride, like to dance and like to eat, it sounds like you might want to look into becoming a @#$%& member. They ride out of Grove, but I often put in 150 miles just to get there for meetings and other activities. The @#$%& is especially welcoming to ladies and the women of The @#$%& have their own special dance group called the Hot Damn Dancers. The lakestockon bunch has really enjoyed our dual rides and get togethers with the @#$%&, and you are always welcome to ride with us if you can get loose. Naturally you are welcome to ride with us on our lakestockton rides, but that's a long haul from Tulsa just to get to the start of most of our rides which usually start around Springfield. We put in a full day when we ride....generally around 300 miles or more.
So it would be either an overniter or a really long day in the saddle. Much more convenient to ride with the @#$%&.....doesn't matter as long as you ride.

Go to the ride and event photos and look at the photos of some of our rides. That speaks volumes about what we are about and not as much reading there.

Michelle and I live one lake above you Leemetoride( Grand) just south of Grove on the lake. What CW says about the @#$%& is all true. We have about 80+ members most in the Grove area. I'm almost sure I have seen your bike some place around in my rides, very cool bike.We are an all inclusive club, half of our members are women. We are what the MC's call a "mom and pop club " we wear no colors. The 29,30 and 1 of Oct. the Mo.@#$%& ,LS group and Grove @#$%& are having a get together at Cassville MO. for three days.I'm sure some one could bunk you two up, we have all the motel at Oak Hill just up from Roughing River. This time of year it is assume over there. If you need more info PM me your phone number and I can fill you in on the club some more ,we have a few member who live real close to you guys..........Mansuper
