I just recieved the following email from Jerry (Tet Vet) England:

It is with deep regret that I have to make the announcement of the passing of Julio this evening. Julio was a Vietnam Veteran and retired from the LAPD. He was a PGR member and a member of the Combat Veterans Motorcyle Association 4-10 Shotgun Chapter.
After arrangements have been made, if asked, the mission will be posted.
