Went to Cape Fair this morning with a friend to try out his new Ranger. We caught 8 bass with 3 keepers all on football jigs in 10-18ft of water. Biggest keeper was just over 3lbs.

Very nice! I've been catching some big green fish(4-7lbs) in 25-30FOW trolling for walleye. Not what I'm after, but it keeps me awake. Those football jigs should be the ticket.

Bullitt,

Next time you catch a large green fish, take a picture. I can barely remember the last one I caught over 5lbs and that memory is getting kinda fuzzy:confused:
