Duck or Geese Sightings

Has anyone started to see ducks or geese using the area yet? I saw a few the other day while on the water, but as per usual not much yet.

The last two times we have had to get a contingent together to keep the season late in the south zone. There is a group from Spfld that wants the season early and wants the line on the west side set much farther south so that their property is in the middle zone. They have other property to hunt further south. They just don't want both places in the same zone so that they can hunt longer and they always say that their place freezes up.
What's the use of hunting open water if there are no ducks? If there are ducks, you can find a way to hunt them, ice or no ice.
